  • We offer Free of charge deliveries by our own transport to local areas within a 5 mile radius of our showroom in Erith Kent.
  • For deliveries further than our local area please call us as we may be able to make a delivery to you but a small charge may apply.

Most of the products supplied by C&G are normally on a 2-3 day delivery depending on stock at the time of ordering.

IT IS ADVISED THAT YOU GET US TO CHECK THE STOCKS PRIOR TO ORDERING.

  • We are open Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm  and on Saturdays from 9am to 4pm.
  • We are not open on bank holidays.

All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT at the rate applicable on the date of despatch.C&G cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions to products or prices.

We are a genuine Showroom not just a Web based supplier and this gives us access to thousands of products from different manufacturers so please email or phone us with your requirements and we will be happy to help you.

We are sorry we can not accept card payments over the phone but we can accept them on delivery or in store provided that you use Chip & Pin.

  • Most Manufactures have their own dedicated after sales service that should deal with any faulty items directly.
  • If this is not the case you can return the faulty product to us and we will send it back to the manufacturer for inspection and any credit will be subject to the manufacturers findings.
  • FITTED ITEMS WILL ONLY BE UPLIFTED WHEN THE MANUFACTURERS AUTHORISATION HAS BEEN GRANTED.
  • All of the goods supplied will be covered by the manufacturers guarantees which can vary from product to product but most items will come with a standard 1 year guarantee as a minimum up to lifetime guarantees by certain manufacturers.
  • IT IS ADVISED TO CHECK WITH US WHAT THE GUARANTEES ARE BEFORE YOU PURCHASE.

Our returns policy is as follows: Any products ordered that are surplus to requirements must be notified within 7 days, and must be in the original unopened packaging and suitable for resale. A RESTOCKING CHARGE WILL BE APPLIED OF UP TO 25%

  • Any damaged goods must be notified within 3 days of the purchase date , after this date we are unable to accept the item.
  • ANY SMASHED PRODUCTS OR ITEMS IN SEVERELY DAMAGED BOXES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ONCE SIGNED FOR AS RECEIVED IN GOOD CONDITION.
  • All products must be checked prior to installation as installation is considered as acceptance of quality , size , style , and specification.
